Reasons to Love the Podcast

The Clover’s first episode of the new podcast is coming out soon. This has led many students to wonder why the Publications class decided to indulge in this popular form of media.

The Publications class wants to be able to go in depth on topics related to the life of the people involved with Hackett. While articles and videos are a great way to convey information, a podcast is unique in its ability to show what people are thinking by using their own voices.

Podcasts are personal and make it so someone feels like they are listening in on a conversation. By listening to a ten to twenty minute podcast, students will be able to hear a good mix of opinions, facts, and advice. Younger students will be able to hear what older students have to say about what they may face in high school. The Publications class is open to suggestions, so feel free to let us know if you have any ideas.
