Pastor Paullll, Pastor Paul-aul, Pastorrrr Paul. Everyday during 5th hour you will hear the infamous “Pastor Paul” chant ringing out throughout the halls coming from Mr. Adrian’s class. This iconic chant evolved from Paul Klein consistently reading the Gospel outloud to Mr. Adrian’s class. This unique activity shortly turned into a tradition and only shows a glimpse of Paul’s exciting and special life.
18 year old Paul Klein, born on June 26th, 2006, was adopted shortly after his birth along with two brothers, Charlie and Vincent, in Guatemala City. His father, who adopted them, brought them back to Kalamazoo, Michigan where he raised them on their farm. “We have over 1000 acres and we grow beans, corn, and let other people grow commercial corn.” Paul has been helping out on the farm since he was little and does chores around the house like washing dishes and getting the mail. One of his favorite things about being on the farm is, “Walking around down the lanes looking at the fully grown crops.” Paul’s ability to enjoy plants and the farm shows his pure heart.
Alongside his passion for the crops, Paul cares deeply about the animals on their farm. “We have two dogs and five cats. Jimmy and Magic are the dogs and the cats are not named because they are roaming cats.” Paul also mentioned that cats and dogs aren’t the only animals, they also have two barns full of pigs, each containing around 200 alone.

Paul showed the love he had for his farm by planning not to attend college and focus on working on the farm alongside his brothers and his uncle. But Paul’s life isn’t just about life on the farm, he enjoys doing much more than that. In his free time, you’ll catch Paul hopping off the battle bus in some Fortnite Battle Royale or mining diamonds with his friends in Minecraft. “I like to play video games, mostly with my online friends.”
At school Paul displays his not so hidden talents, often singing to various songs and even dancing to Just Dance; only when there is free-time in class of course. Paul is a good soul who enjoys making people laugh as he’s known for being a silly and sassy kind of guy. Paul’s creativity will take him places and will forsure be successful on the farm and whatever he plans to accomplish in his future.
