Moving to the second biggest state next year, Claire is excited to start her next journey at Texas A&M. Claire has been surrounded by horses for her entire life. She decided to continue her athletic career and join Texas A&M’s D1 equestrian team.

When asking her why she chose to go to Texas next year she said “The greatest personal growth I have experienced has always been a result of moments of immense challenges. This is one of the many reasons I chose to go to school in Texas. I am excited to be far away and figure things out for myself.”
She explained showing horses as “It sounds cheesy, but in many ways the equine industry is all I have ever known. It is the reason I am the person I am today and has directly influenced my driven and independent nature.” As you can tell Claire is one of the hardest working people. Whether she is at school doing all her schoolwork or at the barn with the horses, she is always striving to do her best.
With showing horses she gets the opportunity to travel. Most of the time she is showing in Florida, but she will also compete in Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. So whenever you don’t see Claire at school for weeks, just know she's probably showing out of state.

Aside from horses, Claire loves hanging out with her friends and going on fun adventures. Whenever she is home and not traveling, she is usually out and about hanging out with her friends doing something whether it is going to see a movie, shopping, or even just being out at one of their houses. Claire believes that when you put in the hard work it is always worth it in the end.
