Stressed?

We are in the middle of the third quarter, which is a stressful time of year. Here are some ideas that you could probably do to help relieve stress. When asked about relieving stress, Liliana Kandow said, “I like to stay in and take a break from the reality of the world and watch movies with my mom.”
The movies that she watches with her mom are Hallmark movies, which they both appreciate. In her spare time she also enjoys watching the kids she babysits. Roxanne Anderson says that her way of managing her stress and anxiety is through exercise. “I love to go on hikes through Asylum Lake and watch birds and take in the environment around me.” She said, “Being outdoors in general is such a surreal feeling that I really appreciate.”
Parker Hosner’s way of not being stressed is by playing musical instruments. He said, “I play the guitar and piano because it helps get my mind off something negative and helps turn my negative into a positive.” Parker also has a dog named Tucker and he is an English Lab.
