Top 5 Haircuts at Hackett: All of the Buzz
Hackett Catholic Prep is no stranger to bold hair choices, but this year some students have taken their looks to the next level. Whether it's a swim team tradition, a hockey season phase, or just a spur-of-the-moment decision, these hairdos are turning heads in the hallways.

HM- Marcel
You probably recognize this young man by his fun hair. He said, “My haircut looks good on me. I’d only recommend it for me though. I got it because I know I’d be able to pull it off.”
HM- Miles
Known for his thirst traps, Miles expressed a similar sentiment to Marcel, saying, “Only I can pull off my haircut. It’s majestic for me and me alone.”

#5 - Robbie
For some, hair is all about function. Robbie grew his hair out for hockey season, a common tradition among players who let their locks flow on the ice. However, his commitment to the look seems minimal: "I don’t really care about it, wouldn’t recommend. No part of me likes short hair, but I don’t care about hair that much either."

#4 - Jude
It all started with Jude, or so he claims. "I was the first bleach blonde one," he says, convinced he sparked the trend. Whether he's the originator or not, bleach-blonding has definitely taken over Hackett as shown in a few more students here on the list. For a while, he shared the facade that he bleached his hair because of a dare, but as of recent, it’s come to light that the story was made-up, and he got it spontaneously as a sort of experiment. Whether the experiment was successful or not is up to you to decide.

#3 - Christian Ynclan
Then there's Christian Ynclan, who rocks a "century-old buzz cut." He’s had the same haircut since kindergarten, refusing to change it at all. According to him, it’s a simple choice with big benefits. "Buzz, get the huzz. I would recommend." Who knows, maybe you can get all the ladies if you have Chin’s haircut.
#2 - Sean Siems
Sean Seims, a junior, took the plunge as part of the swim team tradition. "Every year before the conference meet, we bleach our hair. Not a fan of it, but I’d recommend it for fellow swimmers. #JoinSwimTeam," he says. He looks colorful…that’s for sure.

#1 - Nolan Silkworth
Meanwhile, senior Nolan Silkworth had a different motivation. "Felt like it. I was at work and thought, 'What if I just bleach my hair?'" While he admits it burned and could use a little toner, he has no regrets. "Would recommend," he adds.
Whether it's a bleach job, a hockey mane, or a clean buzz cut, Hackett students aren't afraid to experiment with their looks. While some regret the burn of bleach or the effort of maintaining longer hair, others fully embrace their choices. One thing’s for sure—these haircuts keep our high school interesting.
